Breakfast

She takes 2 egg whites along with Low fat milk, which is healthy and low on fats at the same time.

Lunch

Deepika prefers non vegetarian food like turkey, fishes in grilled or barbecued form. Grilling food helps in curbing its fat content.

Evening Snacks

Snacks compromise an important part in her diet because she needs to take food every 2 hours and then it should be healthy and filling at the same time. She takes Almonds, coffee and sometimes light South Indian food. 

Dinner
